User Groups are available on the Enterprise plan only.
Create a group
There are two ways to create a group in Granola:Directory sync (recommended)
If your workspace is set up with directory sync, groups can be created in your identity provider and synced with Granola. To configure this:- Create a group in the identity provider, and add users to it.
- Push the group to the Granola application.
- After a couple of minutes, the group will sync with Granola and be available to use for permission management.
Manually
Workspace admins can manually create a user group:- Navigate to Settings → Team → Groups.
- Click Create group, give the group a name and add workspace members to it.
