This offer is for organizations that Goodstack verifies as eligible nonprofits. In general, your organization should be recognized as charitable or nonprofit by the regulator where it is registered, operate on a not-for-profit basis, and operate for public benefit. Approved organizations receive 50% off the Business plan.Requirements vary by country. Goodstack guides you through verification and any documents needed for your location. Meeting the criteria does not guarantee approval.
Granola uses Goodstack for nonprofit verification. Most applications take a few minutes. You may need proof that your organization is officially registered as a nonprofit, such as a registration certificate or tax exemption letter.If verification fails, contact Goodstack support.
The discount stays active while your organization remains an eligible nonprofit.
After Goodstack approves your application, the 50% discount is linked to that email. Sign in to Granola with it, then open Settings > Billing.If the workspace does not already have a paid subscription, a coupon is shown as available. Choose Business and complete checkout. The discount applies automatically. You do not enter a promo code.
The discount does not remove tax. Send your tax exemption certificate to hey@granola.so. We’ll apply the exemption to future invoices. Tax already charged is not refunded.
