Business & Enterprise · Rolling out over the coming weeks. Customer calls is available on Business and Enterprise plans. It may not be in your workspace yet.
Customer calls brings your team’s sales and customer calls into one place. Granola auto-detects sales and customer calls, and the notes appear in Customer calls for everyone who has access.

How it works

When Granola detects that an external call is a sales or customer call, you’ll see this indicator on the note. Once the notes are ready, they’re shared to Customer calls automatically. You can always hit × on the indicator to stop that note appearing in Customer calls. Customer calls appears in the sidebar for everyone in your workspace who can see it.
Only external customer calls are included. Calls with sensitive content aren’t shared automatically.

Chat with your customer calls

Customer calls shows relevant meeting notes in one place, so your team can easily find and chat with them. Browse by company, note or person, or ask a question across every call. Customer calls Because everyone’s calls land in the same place, the whole team builds on the same context. Sales can ask What are the common deal blockers?, product can ask Which feature requests keep coming up?, and anyone can ask What questions do customers ask?, without having been on the calls themselves. Recipes like Gather product feedback and Weekly revenue review run across all of your customer calls. Click All recipes to see the rest. Once shared, your team can also chat with these notes using Claude, ChatGPT and other AI tools. To sync customer calls to your CRM, you can use Granola’s native integration to connect Attio, HubSpot or Affinity. Native integrations for Pipedrive and Salesforce will be launching soon. For any other CRMs, you can use the MCP or workspace API key to connect.

Calls with sensitive content

Granola won’t automatically add any customer calls that are detected as having sensitive content in them, based on the content of the transcript. If any sensitive content is detected, a banner like this will show: Notes weren't added to Customer calls because they may contain sensitive content You can always manually choose to add these calls, but they won’t get added automatically.
