Granola offers two subscription tiers designed to meet different needs, from individual users to large organizations requiring enhanced security and admin controls. You can find more details on our pricing page.
Our free plan allows you to use all of Granola’s core features: AI enhanced note-taking, AI chat across your meetings, shared folders, multi-language support, and much more. However, on our Free plan, you’re limited to only 30 days note history. Your notes are still safely stored, but not accessible in the app.
Our business plan gives you unlimited access to your note history, as well as advanced AI thinking models and integrations.Meetings are not shared by default when you join a business plan: your notes remain private to you unless you share them!
All plans include industry-standard security measures including data encryption in transit and at rest, secure AWS hosting in the US region, and the ability to opt out of model training. For detailed security information, visit our Trust Center or contact our sales team at [email protected] for enterprise security discussions.
You can manage your billing under the Billing page in your Settings. If you’re part of a Business or Enterprise plan, this will need to be your admin. All payments are handled via Stripe, and updates to billing information can be handled via Stripe’s interface. If your bill is higher than you expect, the first thing to check is your Billing page. Your subscription is based on the number of users in your workspace (one seat per team member), so your bill may have increased if new users have joined: you can find your list of users under the ‘Team’ page.
