Check you’re logged in with the right email
If you have more than one Google or Microsoft account, you may have logged in with the wrong one. To verify which account you used with Granola:- Check your inbox for emails from hey@granola.so
- The email address that received those messages is the one associated with your Granola account
- If you’re logged in with a different account, sign out and sign back in with the correct email
Check you’re in the right workspace
You might be viewing a different workspace than where your notes are stored.- Click the workspace name in the bottom-left corner of the Granola app
- Look at the list of workspaces you belong to
- Switch to a different workspace to see if your notes are there
