# Is Granola HIPAA compliant?

Granola is HIPAA compliant for Enterprise customers. If your organization needs to store or process Protected Health Information (PHI), reach out to [sales@granola.so](mailto:sales@granola.so "mailto:sales@granola.so") to discuss enabling HIPAA on your Enterprise plan and signing a Business Associate Agreement (BAA).

HIPAA support and BAAs are not available on Free, Personal, or Business plans.
